Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

MS Customworks strives to offer complete satisfaction to all consumers. If you wish to refund, return, or exchange, we offer this service to any purchase on the mscw.shop website under the following terms. All purchases made through this website are bound to these terms. MS Customworks is not responsible for any second hand purchases one may make.

2. Which items are available for a refund, return, or exchange?

All items are available for a refund, return, or an exchange unless otherwise stated in the product’s description. If you wish to perform one of these actions, please contact MSCW HERE within 7 days after you receive your package. MSCW will not honor any refunds, returns, or exchanges if the customer contacts us after the 7-day period.

3. Which items are not available for a refund, return, or exchange?

MSCW does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on the following:

  • Products damaged by the consumer.

  • Products with excessive play/use.

  • Products that have been modified by the consumer.

  • Any digital assets MSCW offers.

  • Any limited/highly exclusive products.

  • Any items marked with a disclaimer which states that MSCW will not be offering refunds, returns, or exchanges for that specific item.

4. If my order is eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, what are the next steps?

The first step is to contact MSCW using this link HERE. Please provide your name, order number, and state any issues with your order, as well as a description of why you'd like to perform a return, refund, or exchange.

MSCW will get in contact with you as soon as possible regarding what the next steps are. Next steps will vary from purchase to purchase.

5. Shipping.

Customers will be provided a label to print out and use to ship the refunded item. If the customer uses a different label, alters the label sent, or does anything else of the sort and that package gets lost in transit, that is the buyer's responsibility. No other compensation will be provided if this happens.
